Day 1: Arrival Day

• Use this day to go and do whatever you want! go see a show, go to the pool or gamble away! NOT INCLUDED in the cost Anything you choose to do will cost you above the base price. Hotel pool is free to relax in.

• 9PM poker tournament in the Main Suite. INCLUDED

  1st Place $600 plus 10 picks for the wheel of action game.

  2nd Place $200 plus 6 picks for the wheel of action game.

  3rd Place $100 plus 5 picks for the wheel of action game.

  4th place 3 picks for the wheel of action game.

  5th place 2 picks for the wheel of action game.

  6th - last place 1 picks for the wheel of action game.

Day 2: The Bachler Party

• Hotel INCLUDED

• Party Bus Transportation Between 11AM and 9PM anywhere on the strip INCLUDED

• Brunch at 11AM INCLUDED

• Casino Bash: We will be visiting multiple casinos with the party bus. this is where we will play all of the casino game raffles. INCLUDED

• Mid day stripper tease party on bus! INCLUDED

• Steakhouse Dinner INCLUDED

• 9 PM Bachler Party at Main Suite INCLUDED

• Alcohol INCLUDED

Day 3: The Party Continues!

• Hotel INCLUDED

• Lunch INCLUDED

• Party bus to activities INCLUDED

• Activity 1: Shoot machine guns at exploding targets.

• Activity 2: Go on a 1.5 hour ATV excursion.

• 1 hour Party Bus on strip right before dinner.

• Dinner INCLUDED at the Ole Red VIP Access and seating.

• 8PM - 12AM Party Night on Freemont St. INCLUDED

Day 4: Departure

• Breakfast INCLUDED

• Transportation to airport INCLUDED

2 night stay $1,900 = 5 payments of $380

3 night stay $2,900 = 5 payments of $580

On the 5th payment any of the extras; raffles, auctions and room upgrades will be due.

• Payment 1 due on or before November 1st, 2025

• Payment 2 due on or before January 31st, 2026

• Payment 3 due on or before March 31st, 2026

• Payment 4 due on or before May 31st, 2026

• Payment 5 plus extras due on July 31st, 2026

If it is easier to just pay in full please do so on payment 1, thank you!

• Reasons behind the payments and the dates they fall on are strategic based on when deposits are due for the stay and events we plan to do.

Please remember airfare is not included and will need to be paid for when booking is available to ensure we all get to Vegas around the same time. I'll be sure to place this in between payment months.

What's a Vegas trip without a little gambling???

To help with Miscellaneous cost of the trip and help pay the Grooms way to his own party! I will have a few raffles/auctions that are listed below and depending on how many tickets you purchase, will only change your base price and not the others!!

Vegas style 50/50 raffle!

Each ticket is $25. Whatever is collected will go into a pot for the groom to gamble at each place we stop at, on a slot machine! 5 pulls at $5 per pull. When this happens and he wins there will be a raffle drawing and if won, you receive half of those winnings no matter what! if its a million dollars you get half!!! ****of course after taxes!

We are stopping at roughly 15 or more different casinos on Day2.

*Your raffle ticket goes back in the drawing every time until the groom goes through half the money made in the pot!

If you choose to partake with a $100 buy in, James will place everyone's money equally across the 4 through 10 on the craps table! and let it ride 7 times and split the money with everyone that plays this game!

The wheel of action! Free to play!

The Groom will place 10, $100 bills on the roulette table wherever he wants on the inside. You will win up to half of whatever is won on that one spin if it hits your picks from the poker game!

How it works: At the 9PM poker game at the main suite on arrival day. based on what you place will give you a pick or picks in a bag of poker chips with a number on it corresponding with the numbers on a roulette table (do not share your number or numbers with anyone) keep it a secret! James without knowing your numbers will place his bids on the roulette table. If James places 1st-3rd at the poker game he will then distribute equally his picks with the 4th though last place winners!
